The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Company (ASRY) commemorated Bahraini Engineers Day, observed annually on October 15, by recognizing its engineers across various production sectors at the company’s headquarters in Hidd."

In his remarks, ASRY CEO, Dr. Ahmed AlAbri, congratulated all the ASRY engineers and their colleagues in the development sectors of the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing his utmost pride in their distinguished efforts and tireless endeavors that pushed the company towards brilliance and success.

He emphasized that dedicating this day to Bahrain’s Engineers is an expression of appreciation and gratitude for their notable contributions, having proved their worth and capabilities in various engineering fields and in both the governmental and private sectors, enabling the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve greater prestige and progress.

Dr. AlAbri confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is bursting with national talents who play a pivotal role in advancing the development process as led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in order to achieve Bahrain’s sustainable development goals. 

Moreover, he touched upon the integral role ASRY plays in supporting this group by creating countless opportunities to empower the Bahraini engineer and allow them to actively get involved in advancing the company’s development, stressing the importance of preparation, education, and training to serve the future of the citizens and the nation. 

He concluded his statement by praising the essential role and distinctive flair of Bahraini engineers, which helped achieve a developmental resurgence in both the Kingdom and the company. He then wished all the engineers continued success.
